  1. Clean any monomer spills and overflows immediately<\/li>\n
  2. Wipe off the bottom of the valve at the end of every<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    No power to the fill stand<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Make sure the unit is plugged in and the power switch is on<\/li>\n
    2. Check the fuses in the back of the unit<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Fill stand does not heat properly
      \n<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Make sure the unit is plugged in and the power switch is on<\/li>\n
      2. Check the fuses in the back of the fill stand<\/li>\n
      3. Call the Optical Dynamics Service Department 800-587-2743<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Monomer leaking from the valve<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1. Make sure the valve is completely closed<\/li>\n
        2. Remove the valve knob by twisting counter clockwise and pulling<\/li>\n
        3. Make sure the two rubber gaskets are seated inside the valve needed opening<\/li>\n
        4. Clean valve knob with IPA and lint free cloth<\/li>\n
        5. Call the Optical Dynamics Service Department 800-587-2743<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Oops, I mixed different monomers<\/strong><\/p>\n

          1. Turn unit off immediately<\/li>\n
